WHAT TO WRITE ABOUT

Bugs and unexpected behavior. Account issues — sign-in trouble, deletion requests, recovery. Billing and purchase questions, including receipts, refunds, and trouble restoring an entitlement. Content questions about the cards, the spreads, or anything the oracle returned. Suggestions and corrections are welcome too.

A SMALL CAUTION

Please do not include passwords, full payment card numbers, or any other sensitive credentials in your email. We will never ask for them. If we need to verify your account, we will direct you to a secure flow within the app.
