The Page of Wands is the curious spark — the apprentice of fire, the messenger of new creative impulse. The card carries news of a project beginning, a passion discovering itself, or a young person whose enthusiasm is the question's true subject.

REVERSED

Reversed, the Page of Wands is enthusiasm without follow-through, or news that turns out to be smoke. The card can name a person who keeps announcing beginnings and never reaches a middle, or a piece of exciting information that proves, on inspection, to have no fire behind it.
