Page of Cups
UPRIGHT
A youth in a blue tunic stands by the sea, holding a cup from which a fish has lifted its head to speak to him. The Page of Cups is the messenger of feeling — the imaginative spark, the unexpected emotional invitation, the part of the self that still believes a fish might say something worth hearing.
REVERSED
Reversed, the Page of Cups is emotional immaturity or a message ignored. The card can name a person whose feelings flood without forming, a sensitivity that has slipped into self-pity, or the querent's own dismissal of the small intuitive prompt that was, in fact, the fish trying to speak.
